Booking Policy

To book Divine Brides and secure your date you will be required to pay a $300 non-refundable booking fee, which will go towards your total invoice. The remaining of your invoice is to be paid in full no later than 7 days before your wedding day.

Submitting a booking request form does not guarantee your date or mean you are booked in. You are not confirmed until your fee has been paid.

Failure to pay your booking fee within 7 days of making your booking may result in a cancellation and Divine Brides holds the right to offer the date to another customer.

Pre-booking consultation bookings will be held at Concept Hair Design in Wodonga. If a package is booked after your Pre-booking consultation and you choose to not have an additional trial you will receive $100 off your total. The $100 credit is instead of the included trial offered in the package price. If you wish to still have another trial after your Pre-booking consultation you will not receive the $100 credit.

 

 

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations are to be made in writing to hello@divinebrides.com.au as soon as possible.

Cancellations made with more than 4 weeks' notice will be eligible to transfer their booking fee to a new date within 12 months of the original date.

Cancellations made within less than 4 weeks of your wedding day will result in a loss of your booking fee. 

Cancellations made within 7 days of your wedding day are not refundable.

Refund Policy 

​

Booking fees are non-refundable but are transferable to a new date within 12 months of the original date if cancellation is made 4 weeks before your wedding day.  Failure to give 4 weeks' notice will result in a loss of your booking fee. 

Bookings are to be paid in full no later than 1 week before your wedding day, Failure to pay your invoice on time may result in your booking being cancelled. 

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of your wedding day will not be eligible for a refund.
